Meade Malone is a Non-Executive Director of the Bank of Asia. He is also the Managing Director of the MWM Group of Companies and has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. The MWM Group is the first multi-disciplinary group of its kind operating in the British Virgin Islands, providing legal, corporate, trust, insolvency, accounting, audit, pension administration, wealth management and real estate services.
Prior thereto, he was the Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the British Virgin Islands with responsibility for the firm's corporate, audit, insolvency and consulting practices. He has also held the positions of Deputy Financial Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Acting Permanent Secretary in the Chief Minister's office for the Government of the Virgin Islands and Chairman of the National Bank of the Virgin Islands.
Mr. Malone currently acts as Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Premier of the British Virgin Islands and is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. He also provides directorship services to companies spanning various industry sectors including but not limited to telecommunications, oil, mining and financial services, and he holds the following memberships:

- Member of the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association, British Virgin Islands
- Member of the American Bankruptcy Institute
- Member of the Financial Services Advisory Committee
Mr. Malone received a Masters of Business Administration with Distinction from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is also the author of "The Plan - Unlocking God's Financial Blessings for Your Life" and co-author of the New York Times best seller "Unbreakable Spirit - Rising Above the Impossible".
