On the 19th and 21st of November 2019, Bank of Asia held two launching seminars in Shanghai and Beijing respectively. Led by Founder and Chairman Mr. Carson Wen, the event detailed a comprehensive look into the bank and its development progress. The events were well populated by legal, accounting and corporate professionals in Mainland China.
In both seminars, newly appointed Director of BVI House Asia, Dr. Ricardo Wheatley reaffirmed the BVI Government’s close ties and support for the bank and expressed gratitude to the hard work by the BOA team. He also shed light on the latest BVI Economic Substance Rules, providing more clarity and guidance on the different reporting requirements and practices.
In addition to the events held in China, Bank of Asia also expanded its reach to Southeast Asia and held a Round Table event with local corporate service providers in Singapore.
